Black Magic Cake Recipe
Hi folks! This is an amazing and classic recipe for "Black Magic Cake" Ingredients : 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour or maida , (sifted) 3/4 cups cocoa powder 1-2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon powder instant coffee mixed in 1/2 cup boiling water *Optional* : 2 teaspoons of chocolate extract (for extra chocolate goodness) Method : Preheat oven to 350 degree F, or 175 degree C Grease the pan or pans ( one 9 x 13 inch pan, or 2 9 inch round cake pans) In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center, and add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed. Batter will be comparatively thin. Pour the mixture in the cake pan and bake for 30-40 minutes at 175 degree C. Cool for 10 minutes and then dish
