Simple and easy Brownies recipe    Hi folks! This is a tried brownie recipe that was shared with me by a friend. It's amazing, simple and easy and the best part about this recipe is that it does not involve the use of a gas oven or an electric oven! You can bake the brownies in your microwave oven, yes, not even the confectioners' microwave, but just the simple microwave oven that you have for heating the food. :) So here we go: Ingredients: Maida or all purpose flour : 1 1/3 cup Baking powder: 1/2 tsp Baking soda: 1/2 tsp Sugar: 1 1/3 cup Oil: 1 cup Coco powder: 1/2 cup Milk: 1 cup Eggs: 2 Method:  1. Firstly, sift the all purpose flour or maida. Mix in the baking powder and the baking soda with the flour in a tray (to allow more air to enter into your flour mix) and set it aside for 30 minutes. 2.
