Hi folks! This is an amazing and classic recipe for "Black Magic Cake" Ingredients : 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour or maida , (sifted) 3/4 cups cocoa powder 1-2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon powder instant coffee mixed in 1/2 cup boiling water *Optional* : 2 teaspoons of chocolate extract                      (for extra chocolate goodness) Method : Preheat oven to 350 degree F, or 175 degree C Grease the pan or pans ( one 9 x 13 inch pan, or 2 9 inch round cake pans) In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center, and add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed. Batter will be comparatively thin. Simple and easy Brownies recipe    Hi folks! This is a tried brownie recipe that was shared with me by a friend. It's amazing, simple and easy and the best part about this recipe is that it does not involve the use of a gas oven or an electric oven! You can bake the brownies in your microwave oven, yes, not even the confectioners' microwave, but just the simple microwave oven that you have for heating the food. :) So here we go: Ingredients: Maida or all purpose flour : 1 1/3 cup Baking powder: 1/2 tsp Baking soda: 1/2 tsp Sugar: 1 1/3 cup Oil: 1 cup Coco powder: 1/2 cup Milk: 1 cup Eggs: 2 Method:  1. Firstly, sift the all purpose flour or maida.
