Super Buns Recipe

Buns Recipe I n gredie n ts: 4 1/2 cups flour 4 1/2 teaspoo n s dry yeast 1 cup milk 3/4 cup water 1/2 cup oil or butter 1/3 - 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 tsp salt Method: Separate out half or a little less tha n half  of the flour from the total flour (about 2 cups). Mix the yeast i n 2 cups of flour i n a large bowl. I n a separate bowl, heat milk, oil, sugar, a nd salt i n microwave ove n u ntil lukewarm. Add this all at o nce to the dough mixture. The n, mix i n e nough flour (about 2 - 2 1/2 cups) to form soft dough. Mix well, u ntil the dough is soft a nd slightly sticky. Tur n the dough out o n to a floured surface. Let it rest u nder a large greased bowl for 15 mi nutes. O nce the dough has doubled i n size, shape the dough i nto 12 - 15 small balls. Place these balls o n greased baki ng tray or sheet to rise for the seco nd time.  (for approximately 45 mi nutes) Bake i n preheated ove n at 400 degrees for 12 - 15 mi nutes.
